We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU at this time.
Shipping Fee
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of 4.99 € on all EU orders, regardless of destination. This fee will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of order. This includes processing and transit time. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location or unforeseen carrier delays.

Express Shipping
At this time, we only offer standard shipping. Express or expedited delivery options are not available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@solena-store.com. We will resend the item to you free of charge after verifying the issue. We do not offer monetary refunds for items lost in transit but are committed to ensuring you receive your order.
