At Solena, we want you to shop with confidence. If your sunglasses aren’t quite what you expected - whether due to fit, feel, or simply a change of mind - you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn (trying them on is fine), undamaged, and in original condition
All original packaging and product labels must be included
If the original packaging is damaged or missing, the customer must provide suitable replacement packaging to protect the product during return shipping
Resizing is not possible, as all our sunglasses come in one universal size
Returns for size-related reasons are allowed, but we cannot offer size adjustments

Do not send any items back before contacting us.
Unauthorized returns (without prior email confirmation) will not be accepted.
Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label by email, along with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the refund eligibility. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note, the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.
